If I were in the witness protection I would want to be named Bruce. I would also want the job of being a game maker. I already have a lot of ideas to make a video game. I would want to be located in Los Angeles, California.
The speech that Roland Smith did was really funny. I also liked hearing about everything he did with the animals.

If I had to go into the Witness Security Program I would move to Las Vegas to become the world's best American chess player and win the world chess championship, and change my name to Bobby Fisher. I would rule the world at chess and beat my 7th grade teacher Mr. Allison at chess, then laugh in his face.
Roland Smith was a really good author and I really liked his books. He was really funny and sounded like a nice guy.

If I had to enter the witness security program my new name would be Elizabeth Rain. I would relocate to Olympia, Washington. It would be like the schools in the movies where all the teachers are boring and would speak in monotone. My new friends would be Opal Johnson and Sarah Johnson. That's how life would be if I had to enter the witness security program like Jack had to in Zachs Lie.

If I were relocated in the Wittness Security Program, I would want my new name to be Jonhathon Bytmifingar. I would live in a traveling circus, with my sister, Jomama, my dad, Gilbert, and my mother, Ima Lama. We would be top-notch clowns of the racket, living off of cotton candy and popcorn. Our paycheck would be 10 cents an hour, but we wouldn't care. And if the criminals find us, we'll just bop them on the nose with a bowling pin, then leave to make another town laugh.
I never got to meet Roland Smith because I was home sick. That is one thing I regret. I loved his books, and I would have loved to meet him in person. His books have a certain suspense of "what the heck is going to happen next?" that makes his books so good.

If I had to enter the witness security program my new name would be Ricke Larsen. I would live in Skagit Valley, Washington. I would also have my hair color changed to a bright red color and my eyes to a brighter blue. My new school will be a very good school with many different people and tons of extra activities and things to do. With nice teachers and good school lunches. My new friends would be nice people named Oliver Olsen and Summer Rain. I would have many others friends, but Oliver and Summer would be my closest friends. During the summer I would have a summer job to earn money to have a good time with my friends. I would work near my friends at the local senior center! My life would be great except for the fact of hiding a very big secret.
I thought that Roland Smith is a very good author. His speech was very good and made me want to read more of his books! I can't wait to start reading. He inspired me to want to write my own book and be able to travel around the world.

Well, if I were put into the Witness Protection Program, I would like to be placed in Los Angeles so I could live near some movie stars. I would like to have my name changed to John or Josh. Maybe while I'm in LA I could try out for some sort of band looking for a drummer.
I liked Roland Smith's visit to Blatchley. His presentation was interesting and funny. I hope I get to see him sometime in the future.

If I were to relocate,I would go to Bethel. I don't know what the schools name would be and I would make no buddys. My new name would be Bob. The school would be very weird and boring!! My job that I would wont to do is help my dad at the trooper post.Your talk to the 7th grade was very cool. 0:

If I were in the witness security program I would want to be moved to Los Angeles in California and I would want my name to be Kevin. I would want to be a computer programmer.

If I were in the witness securty program I would have to be moved to Oregon because of how it's not some place you choose out of the blue. Some people would go to fancy places like Las Vegas,or Hawaii. The school would be clean and have some graffiti. The teenagers would be a little mean but mostly nice. I would change my name to Reed Kizer because that's the name I would want. I wouldn't have new friends because I would not talk to any one.
Roland Smith, it was too bad I missed his talk, but I like Zack Lie and I hope I can read Jack's Run. It seems like it would be a good book since the first was good. I bet the second would be better. I can't wait till I get to read the second book.

If I had to be relocated in the witness protection program I would be named Kai Brown (my mother's last name). I would change my hair color back to blonde and get green eyes. I think I would move to the coolest place ever... NEW YORK!!! I would be really smart and get an internship working for Betsy Johnson or Baby Phat or some famous designer.
I am very thankful that we got to listen to a speech by such a famous author. His books are awesome and Roland Smith is hilarious!

If I were in the Witness Security Program I would live in Albany, New York. If I had to change my name it would be Mariana Jayson. I would dye my hair dark brown and would not have contacts. My new school would be like Blatchley,but better. It would be hard to make new friends in a new town,but if I had to choose them they would be like me. That is what I would do if I was in the Witness Security Program.
I liked Mr. Roland Smith because he told us how much time it takes to write a book. I also liked what he said about how much time of his day it takes to write and how you write about what you like to write about.

If I were in the Witness Protection Program, I would change my name to Miley Cyrus. I wouldn't live anywhere. I would just travel around the world and never settle anywhere. I would do that so that the people out to get me would never find me. The reason people are out to get me is probably cause I ticked off the real Miley Cyrus, and now she sends goons to kill me. I would dye all my hair neon orange and my eyes would be red. So that when people meet me they would think that Miley Cyrus did that. That's what I would do if I were in the Witness Protection Program.

If I were in the witness protection program I would be named J.R.,short for John Robert. I would live in Austin, Texas. I would live on a ranch and have lots of cows and horses. I would also have a dog named Bingo. I would also be very rich and have a mansion on the ranch and a tractor the size of a monster truck.
I think Zack's Lie was a very good book, but I think Sam was introduced really late. I want to read the next book.

If I were in the witness protection program I would change my name to Vera, after my great grandmother. I would move to Kenya to watch the animals. I would go to the school there to learn. I would live with the people native to there. It would be a fun new life.
I really enjoyed Roland's visit to Sitka. I learned a lot about animals and writing. I realy enjoyed helping him with the telephone confrence. He gave me two of his books which I really enjoyed. I wish he could have stayed longer.

When Roland Smith came I was interested to know how he got the money to come up here, but he told us and that's sweet to have somebody else pay for you.

I would live out far from the city so no one would find me out there. I would have a nice sports car that is a 1969 Camaro. I would have a nice big dog, flat screen t.v with a big house. If I could, I would have a skate park in my 60 acres of land. That would be the life of a 13 year old kid, yeah!

If I were in the Witness Protection Program, I would relocate to Paris at a beautiful Parisian apartment overlooking the Tour Eiffel. I would change my name to Gaston who is a famous painter. No one would even catch up to me, because I’d travel so much! The move would be so easy because I already have friends there. I would grow a long mustache and wear a beret every day. Every morning I’d go to my favorite bakery and eat my favorite pastry, pain au chocolat. Oh I’d have strong, smelly cheeses every day. That would be so cool!
The book talk was awesome! I learned a lot and he inspired me to consider writing more on my spare time.

I would choose to be placed in Choora Creek, Vermont, because I've never been there and it's a small town. I would probably have red hair and have one green contact lens and one black. My new name would be Tkaa Syla (Kala) Saraki. I would live in a house that has a porch with a roof over it.

I would call myself Katie S, after an old friend, have black hair, and I would switch to green colored contacts instead of glasses. I would live on the coast so I could go swimming and snorkeling. I think Hawaii would be an awesome place to relocate.

If I were to be in the Witness Security Program, I would definatly want to live in New Zealand, change my name to Marigold. I would change my hair color to black, and blonde highlights. I would get a spray tan like every week so it would suit my hair. I would love to move to New Zealand, It's a great country. I would have a pet chicken and give it cookies so it would wash my funky hair, dude. I would have to change my personality too, so, I would be a very boring person in New Zealand. I would not flirt, laugh, smile, jump, sing, or dance. Those are all of the things I do in my life right now, and I love my life. So moving to New Zealand is going to SUCK. Well, that's all for now.

If I were in the witness protection program , I would be Tyana. My mom was going to name me that, but my cousin was already named that. I would have long curly hair and maybe blue or gray eyes. I would move to Los Angeles CA. I've always wanted to go there.
It might be kind of cool to be in the witness protection program. Actually maybe not. I'll have to leave my friends and family. Won't be able to call or text them at all. That's pretty sad, but I'll might make some new friends there in LA.

If I were in the Witness Security Program, and I could choose my new identity, I would want to live in Greece and have red hair. My name would be Tina Saturday Fey. My new eye color would be purple, and I would have glasses. My cover story would be that I moved from Canada, and had been born in New York. I would want to be an artist once I got to Greece. That is how I would want to live my life if I were put in the WSP.
Zach's Lie was a very exciting book. It demonstrated how someone, like Zach, who had a normal life, could suddenly be in such great danger, they had to change their whole life.
